"Extremely misleading!!!!"
Extremely misleading!!!!
This company is to be avoided at all costs. Sketchy terms and conditions, misleading offers, tons of lies about their services, extra charges for refunds and additional fees if you want you money back.
This company is absolutely disgraceful and preys upon people who don't know any better. Their accounts are offshore and don't think they'll treat you right, do not deal with them!

"I cant give 0 star review as there…"
I cant give 0 star review as there isn't an option to do so. I have tried to get a refund, sent countless emails well within the 14 days. NO REPLY AT ALL FROM IPG, DO NOT USE THE SCAM COMPANY, I had to ask for a refund due to serious illness and need the money back. I am going to try my bank and see if they can help me. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM SUCH A TERRIBLE MONEY ROBBING COMPANY !! IF I HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT THAT IS WHAT I WILL DO !!

"Scammers steer clear!"
I also have bought 40 tickets, but was not told when buying the tickets about having to pay the £9.99 per person on booking, steer clear of these scammers. Refused refund. I was also I was asked to pay direct into the agents personal bank account!? I should of known it was a scam then. You have been warned DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
EDITED after reply,
So confirmed its a scam as you have admitted was a miscommunication which is my point, but how do you explain paying into your agents personal bank account, I have no receipt nothing, so scam! That there is a breach of sales!

"Absolutely awful"
Absolutely awful. Didn’t specify in the tickets that we paid for the day and now have to pay an extra 9.99 per child for paintballs but we were given 2 sets of 1000 paintballs for free included in the price. You have now left 10 9 year olds very very sad. Oh and the best bit is we don’t get a refund on the money we have already paid. Disgusting. No one “in my opinion” should book with this company because “my experience of them” has been appalling.

"I went with my son some years ago but…"
I went with my son some years ago but they still keep texting me despite trying to opt out. The facility we went to was a bit of a mess, parts were downright hazardous. The marshals were useless. I was shot in the face several times and my son was shot at close range. There was a particular problem with s group of kids who had been brought down in a mini bus by youth workers. No one was supervising them! You then get the weekend warriors who have all their own kit. They can shoot twice as fast from further away but are allowed in with the general public. What fun they have shooting little kids. Avoid these people like the plague.

"Scams avoid this people"
Basically, my situation the same as previous reviews, bought 70 coupons for my sons birthday and been given 500 gift bullet, but they never mentioned that i must buy bullets on site, so when i called to activate the coupon as I have been told so, they told me that i have to purchase 100 bullets per person which make 100£ more to active the 500 gift, so told them why didn't mentioned that before i bought the tickets, the manager told me that not her problem and also told me this people does not working for IPG company, so had to cancel my tickets and luckily I've got my money back. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAMMERS

"I'm sure this is legal but still feel scammed"
I have just been sold some tickets at Tesco whilst with my three children. I was looking for a cheap way of providing a birthday party for my son and possibly daughter. When I asked about it I asked if i needed to sign up there and then and he said no and then told me about the great deal they were doing where you could get ten tickets for £70 instead of £350. I was told that I would only have to pay for the paintballs when we got there and I asked how much that would be for eight kids for a morning and he said about £70. I said I'd go home and think about it and then he threw in another ten tickets and said he would only be there for one day. i found myself signing up for the deal and when I got home realised I would also have to pay £10 per person for 100 balls which would last no time at all and then have to pay for the extra paintballs (1000 for £80). He possibly could have mentioned this but was talking so fast I could have missed it. This form of selling is archaic and leaves you feeling cheated and shouldn't be allowed. I am complaining to the supermarket and also to whoever monitors selling techniques. It's such a scam and wouldn't be something you signed up for if you knew the true cost. Shame on you for targeting stressed out parents and not providing the whole picture. I rang the booking line to find out how to cancel and she said she would throw in an extra 300 balls. she didn't get the fact that I couldn't afford to use the "free" tickets. I'm angry and feel like a fool.

"Just bought my tickets today for £120"
Just bought my tickets today for £120. After coming back home I read these reviews and now I want a refund on my tickets. Really hope I get my hard earned money back. Very upset about all of this ☹️☹️
Edit.. furthermore to my post when I contacted the ipg team my tickets are non traceable..and they are adamant that those tickets were not sold by a member of their team.. which is absolutely not true.. I have reported them to the police and will advice anyone else reading this to do so 👍🏼

"Awaiting refund"
Purchased a paintball package in 2019 and for reasons I won't go into, I decided to apply for a refund. I was assured this would not be any issue when I made my ticket purchase.
I submitted all the paperwork within the required time frame and still have not had my money refunded. Nor any responses to phone calls about where my money is. Reading all the reviews I feel sickened that I have been scammed and lost this precious money.
I caution everyone to be very careful and I ask that I am refunded my money ASAP.

"When I saw the booth at the shopping…"
When I saw the booth at the shopping centre I approached a lady and she kept trying and trying to get me to purchase their deals. I tried to leave a few times but she just kept insisting I make a purchase. Their were several deals she offered and even said I shouldn’t be doing this and gave me another offer for a lower price. So I made the purchase, then realised looking at the reviews that you don’t even need to purchase any of their deals. You just turn up at the paintball place and apparently the prices at the actual paintball place are the same as the package you have just bought. I asked if I could keep the leaflet to show my sibling and the lady said no only if you make a purchase. No great deals at all just a load of crap. Don’t buy from this company they are only after your money. To add to this the lady said this deal is only for today and we are only here for today. I was in the city multiple days after buying the tickets and the booth was still there. Such a scam
