"Lied to and conned . Watch out ."

Was talked into a party for my 9 year old ofrom a stall in the foyer of Tesco . Was told by the girl ‘Charlotte’ that the cost would cover everything except food . When I went to book I was informed that I would have to pay £9.99 per child for 100 balls and that these wouldn’t last long . Was told complete lies by this sales woman . I now have one upset 8 year old as have had to explain that we can’t afford an extra £100 + for paintballs . Have also heard via fb from another person who was conned by the same woman . What upsets me is that they are selling these kids parties , conning kids . Will try for a refund on tickets but bought the vouchers in December so no refund likely. However I am going to make it my mission to contact any shopping centres , stores where this company advertises and advise them of their unethical sales tactics . I advise everyone else who has been conned to do the same. It’s the only way to stop these guys .

"Not happy"

Not happy I have rang twice now about my refund have had no email they claim they called me but I have no missed call . I sent my tickets back in the time showed they have had them since the 30 of jan it’s is now the 20th of Feb. They said they need more inform they have all the informtion they need the card I paid with and my name I was pushed in to having these ticket the guy wouldn’t let me go kept on lowering the price even when I said I couldn’t afford it . I will be speaking to my Work as they did let this company use the store to sell there product all I won’t is my refund not much to ask .

"A Quick Refund"

I was reading through some of the less complimentary reviews about the refund service by IPG on this website, and began to feel nervous (I had sent off the booklets almost two weeks earlier to get a refund). This prompted me to email their customer service to follow up.
It turns out that I had nothing to worry about! The refund had been sent earlier that day but had not appeared in my account yet (it appeared the next day, so now I feel a bit silly for sending the email), which was 9 days after they received my booklet.
To sum it all up: I was very impressed with the quick refund, as it stated online that it may take up to 21 days to process. I was dealing with the IPG Australian branch.

"THEY EVEN RIPPED OFF COMMUNITY CLUB"

I bought this for a football club charity and we have over 600 players and it works out very expensive when we check the cost. So i returned it under the 7 days return period (bought on 6/1/18 and return on 9/1/18 recorded delivery (delivery signature signed received on 10/1/18) and no refund yet. Now I have to refer the case to Trading Standards and the credit card company and BE WARNED IF THEY RIPPED OFF CHARITIES/COMMUNITY CLUBS BY NOT PROCESSING THE REFUND WHEN REQUIRED THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO DO SO AGAINST ANY CUSTOMERS - SO AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

"poor and prolonged customer service"

In all honesty so the promotion they had thee person who helped me was friendly but they all are but what was the issue was that he didn't disclose that paintballs were $50 he told me $25 so he lied to my face then when I went back to refun I had to post it which is a hassle because they don't do email on purpose all postage so some people might not be bothered refunding it when they find out but in all poor customer experience because the 10day cooling off period is not really a cooling off period more you can get back portion of your money by this date - will never attend it or buy tickets not worth the hassle

"Says £30 online value for entry only …"

Says £30 online value for entry only (no paintballs included). No UK paintball centre charges £30 entry only with no paintballs.

If I booked direct with my local paintball centre it will cost me the same or less. This adds ZERO value to the day out.

Poor brother experienced pressure sales tactics into buying lots of these and gave me this as a gift for Christmas. I wish he'd just bought me a Lynx Africa set. Had to break it to him that they are completely worthless.

IPG....if you're gonna use this business model, at least negotiate a more worthwhile set of benefits...why don't you have a paintball lottery where one in every 50 buyers can win 1000 paintballs. At least you can say the £30 ticket buys you entry AND a chance to win a full day of cost free paintball. You can then use these winners to further promote your business with pictures and social media posts.

I'm disappointed I have to throw these in the bin. If anyone wants a sheet of cardboard from IPG then there's no expiry date apparently. They're all yours.

"boys will be boys"

i took 8 teenage boys whom had a fab day - thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a full day which was really good value and they laughed about it on the way home. Tired teenage boys is a result! definately recommend it and we are planning to return - thanks IPG

"Calling customer service for closet location"

I am writing this review on my experience with calling customer service. When I purchased my tickets it showed a paintball course location that was five minutes from me but when the tickets came to my email that location was not listed. The closest location was 60 miles away from me, so I called customer service and I was literally on the phone with them for less than two minutes. I explained the situation and an email was sent to me with new tickets for the location that I needed. My other issue is that the expiration date on the check it was for 90 days instead of the 180 that was listed in the fine print. The representative explained that I would just need to call closer to the expiration date and I can get it extended which is fine and I understand that each course is going to be different and have different rules. I’ve already put an alert in my phone to remind me to call customer service to have the extension since this is an outside course but looking forward to taking my son and his friends! I am extremely happy with the way the situation was handled and as of right now I would recommend this company to anyone.

"Amazing"

Amazing - my now 9 year old had a group of 10 boys for his birthday party.
Can't recommend this more! Staff were fantastic! Boys were muddy and had an amazing time. Parents were looked after with hot water bottles and blankets - and free tea and coffee!
Definitely going to be going again!

"Fantastic day out"

Fantastic day out. Took my son for his 11th birthday with five friends. Everyone of the boys had amazing day, even tho it was cold & raining!! The staff was so helpful with the boys & had a good laugh with them all. Whilst the boys we’re gaming, the staff kept giving us hot water bottles to keep us warm, fantastic idea. Definitely coming again, but in the summer next time... 😂
