Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of MEC on three occasions over the last eighteen months. However, the professionalism of the team, in particular Mandy Steadman, made the whole process so very clear and easy.
Having to cope with any injury or illness can be stressful, but this stress was reduced significantly thanks to the prompt responses of the MEC team. I would like to thank all MEC team and in particular Mandy Steadman and Julie Newman for a great work done for me, for the quick responses and keeping me updated and informed with status of my queries. For the last couple of years I had to use the service quite often and I am always happy with the results. Considering current COVID-19 situation my medical appointments were quite often postponed that required some rearrangements. However MEC team were always helpful and reacting on these changes very quickly. I have not had any issues while using MEC service.
