"Fast, Efficient, and Caring Service"

Every experience I have had with the MEC team has been excellent. Their customer service was exceptional, providing prompt and clear responses to all my queries. The team was empathetic and supportive, making a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend MEC for their professionalism, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to ensure their clients are well taken care of. Special mention to Nina, Lisa, Clare and Suzanne.

"Quick and convenient "

The service is incredibly quick and convenient. It can get a little complicated keeping track of all the different references and numbers and who needs what information, but that isn't because of MEC.

I had a last minute panic today when I realised I didn't have the correct reference numbers when trying to fill in the forms at hospital.

I rang MEC and after being on hold for only a minute or two. My query was answered and even though the issue was my fault, Nina Goodsall contacted the appropriate people and had the number I needed back to me in a couple of minutes!

Great customer service.
