"Excellent customer service"

MEC is all about customer service, which is always excellent. All the people I've dealt with over many years are unfailingly helpful, efficient and friendly, but there is one particular person, who's been there from the outset of my involvement with MEC, who is the beacon for all (Julie Newman!). I know that I will always get the right information and advice, and the follow up is incredibly swift. Thank you!
