"very unhelpful and probably not buy…"

very unhelpful and probably not buy again. Had a cancelled flight and had to pay extra charge including paying for overnight accommodation but apparently not covered by Travel insurance. I am not what is the point of having it.

My flight dates were changed and I needed a day added to my cover. The cost for one day seemed exorbitant so I got insurance elsewhere. I hope my money has been refunded, your agent assured me it would be. Please confirm this is so, thanks.

"Do not use Colombus"

Booked colombus as they were linked in EasyJet website. Holiday cancelled due to strike action. EasyJet say it’s Columbus and Columbia say it’s EasyJet. Probably in cahoots so that neither have to pay. Do not use. I have sent all the requested info numerous times and still nothing.

"Disappointment on the free use of the airport lounges when flights are delayed"

I didn't need to claim on the insurance so the basic cover I wanted was sufficient for the amount paid. When I bought the policy, I was offered the option to register my flights to use the airport lounges free of charge in case of any delay. I hadn't ever thought about using airport lounges before - but as it was a free service, I decided to register, just in case. Well - my flight was delayed over 2 hours and I was very excited to try out the airport lounge experience - but of the 6 lounges available, 4 were permanently closed and the other 2 we were either ineligible for or so full, there was a waiting list which required you to register via the internet. Unfortunately, the airport free wi-fi was down so I couldn't do that. I wish I hadn't been offered the use of the airport lounge in the first place - maybe the provider should check on the available facilities before offering them in future.

Regrettably both my wife and I tested positive for Covid on the morning of our planned departure to France. This was dealt with in a highly efficient and professional manner. The refund amount was agreed without undue fuss and the payment made to my bank account immediately. Excellent service. I would recommend this insurer to anyone even though the situation was disappointing

Really good insurance company; our flight got delayed 4 hours and we were easily able to access the lounges for free and we’re comfortable. Had no other issues on our holiday however would fully book with them again

"Awful"

Awful ! Needed help whilst on holiday in Turkey , nobody answered the medical assistance or claim telephone numbers , had to use a chat room to request a call back . When they eventually called back I don’t even want to mention the quality of the operator who we spoke to !!!!
