Great service,received vouchers for lounge at airport after flight was delayed,unfortunately we were already on the aircraft and seated when delayed so could not get to lounge to use them

I took out this holiday insurance as it was recommended by EasyJet at the time of booking my holiday. As with EasyJet they don’t pay out! Our flight was cancelled and we got home 2 days later. My husband works for himself and lost 2 days earnings and all we got was an automated email to say they don’t cover this type of claim! It’s a basic claim! Absolutely ridiculous service. Pointless holiday insurance.

The claim was not for loss of earnings but a cancelled flight!

Thank you for your response. That is so funny as EasyJet said they would not refund me anything as: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you any compensation as your flight was cancelled due to Extraordinary Circumstances. Compensation is only payable under Non Extraordinary Circumstances.

Our flight was cancelled due to ATC Restrictions - the queen had just died, I am guessing that's why.

Thank you for working with EasyJet to determine the real reasons for our not being able to fly. I appreciate your help and look forward to receiving the payment.

Tuttavia mi hanno rimborsato quanto richiesto e soprattutto aiutato quando avevo bisogno.
