I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago, no confirmation email. Not heard anything. I managed to get through eventually and they said it would be dispatched within a couple of days. Still no email, they don’t answer the phone. Avoid at all costs

"Probably the worst E-tailer I have had…"
Probably the worst E-tailer I have had the misfortune to deal with. Do not use them! Having sent me a c£40 spare part which corresponded to the part I needed it proved to be too big and I had to return for refund. I later received a letter refusing any refund on the basis the plain, clear, resealable bag it was sent in was damaged meaning they could not resell. In fact there was no 'damage' and I had used the resealable opening to examine the part. The bag ( which in any event was replaceable at negligible cost) had only appeared damaged because they had sent it to me with sellotape roughly wrapped around it thus scrunching the plastic and giving the appearance it had been opened. Despite pointing this out and sending photos they ignored my points and again refused a refund. Only when I raised a complaint with PayPal and pressed my case repeatedly did they finally agree to take the part back and refund. From other reviews I think I detect a pattern of conduct here which is deplorable. Only by reviews of this kind might they change. In the meantime best avoid and, if you do have to order, use Paypal who might help you as they presumably fear losing their account as a seller.

"No consideration for customers"
I ordered a toilet seat which I believed was the correct seat for my toilet. It arrived and I found it it was not the correct one. It was still intact in it's plastic packaging but had been taken out of the postage box. I said I would like to return it and get a refund or another compatible toilet seat and was told toilet seats cannot be returned for "hygienic reasons." I am a pensioner and £111.00 is a lot of money for a useless item. I fully explained the situation but was told no refund. These people are just interested in taking your money and giving no real consideration to their customers. Not a company I would recommend to my worst enemy.

Ordered a spare part, wrong one arrived and was already broken when it arrived. Still waiting for correct part and had no communication at all.
Only been 2.5 months so far - we will see if it ever arrives!!!

Shocking , customer service , when you’ve got a problem , they just ignore you . Just interested in taking you’re money ! Spare part that was ordered , had been opened and had parts taken before delivery, thus not complete. Emailed & called , was just ignored !!!

"Shocking customer service and incorrect…"
Shocking customer service and incorrect product sent on two occasions. I have used this company for a number of years and the service used to be great. The guy in charge now is truly awful and has no idea how to speak to customers. They have ignored multiple emails and sent me the incorrect product twice, when I have asked for the correct piece the contact has put the blame on me on both occasions. My advice is do not waste your money they are COWBOYS and you will not be satisfied with the service or the product they deliver.

Ordered a replacement Vitra toilet seat on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday. Communication from the company could have been a little better but allowing for the pandemic situation, I was very satisfied with the service.
