"No show....not bothered...got your money.."

Initially I was pleased to find the part we needed. The website made it difficult to order, . I ended up paying by card. Ordered on 8th April I am still waiting for the part. In fairness the company have replied to my emails and blame Royal Mail! Added to this it is difficult to track an order on the website. I would advise anyone NOT to order if large sums of money are involved. I have been refused a refund. Use at your peril!

"Arrived quickly, helpful staff"

Managed to source a toilet seat for my discontinued suite. Surprisingly, in these difficult times, the toilet seat arrived exactly as described (and in perfect condition) a couple of days later. After I ordered, I was worried that due to the ongoing situation it might not arrive, so did speak to customer support who were both polite, helpful and reassuring (but I needn't have worried as it arrived on time anyway

"Could not find replacement toilet seat…"

Could not find replacement toilet seat anywhere. My Toilet Spares were recommended and after sending them photos and measurements they found me the right one. I felt confident in using this company as Richard sent emails keeping me up to date and a landline no was also provided. Absolutely thrilled to have a complete bathroom again and have no hesitation in using and recommending this company again. Thank you so much.

Replacement toilet seat

I sent photos of the existing toilet seat, other than the manufacturers name I had no identification as to which seat I required. MTS correctly identified the seat from the photos. I would use MTS again and recommend to my friends. Many thanks to Richard for his expertise.

"If I could rate the Zero, I would!"

Avoid this company like the Coronavirus!
They took £125 for a toilet seat, promised next day delivery and then came up with various excuses about why it was delayed in dispatch for a week. When it finally arrived it was damaged and they have been horrific to communicate with since. They lie about not receiving emails and never return calls. I wish I’d read all the reviews on here before ordering from them. They clearly don’t care about how they run their shoddy business or keeping customers. Stay away people!

Update: And as you can see from their reply, all they do is deflect any blame back on to the customer and brand them as a liar. The unreturned phone calls were weeks ago before the virus situation even broke out - I was told back then the reason my calls had been missed was because of a leaking roof in their warehouse. And isn’t it convenient that they never received my emails asking for a courier to return the item. Reading other reviews it would seem this is common practise at MTS. They conduct their customer care on excuses and subsequent lies. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. I hope future buyers read the loooooong list of bad reviews on here and see them for what they really are before making any purchases.

"Ordered part on the 12th February"

Ordered part on the 12th February, didn't arrive. They said they would send another, didn't arrive. They no longer respond to emails and telephone line just rings out. Will have to try and get a refund from Paypal.

"Avoid avoid avoid"

Avoid avoid avoid, ordered a part on 16th Feb 2020, after 3 weeks rang up to see what was happening, said they would reorder 3 weeks later still waiting. Have just asked for a refund, hope this happens. Will have to ring ring credit card company to see where I stand and will be reporting them to companies house.

"No trace of my order and can’t reach the company"

I ordered a spare part over a week ago (16th March), with payment taken on the same day. However since then there has been no trace of the delivery, and I haven’t been able to get through to the company despite many tries (2 of the 3 phone numbers listed on their website aren’t valid, the remaining one nobody ever picked up; emailed twice; left a message on the website). I don’t know what’s going on. It’s understandable to take some time to deliver but at least let the customer know when it can be expected and via which delivering company.

Update: I’ve received the refund and email reply from the company today, so updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars. FYI my main issue previously was with the lack of communication/response from company and the invalid phone numbers listed. I wouldn’t have minded a longer delivery time had the company responded to any of my previous getting in touch attempts.

Told me they would Re-dispatch on several occasions but never did.

Cancelled order after a month on waiting.
