"Don't Use If You Expect To Receive Your Order"
Over a three week period, I was told 4 times that the item I ordered was coming in the following day and that it would be sent on a 24 hour delivery as soon as they received it. I still do not have my order. If you are in any rush, stay far away from this company.

"shockingly bad customer service, rude staff"
I ordered a toilet seat in early March. One of the hinges was faulty. It took two months of emails and calls to persuade MTS send a new toggle only, they refused to replace the full hinge. It's never been fully secure and now has lost all grip, so the seat moves and we cannot use it. I called and was told to email. I have emailed and received a rude reply telling me to "get your plumber back to do his job properly". This is not a plumbing job, it is simply a faulty hinge. All emails are signed by "Richard". I assume this Richard KIng-Davis, who is the managing director according to records at Companies House. I will take the matter further.

Customer service awful! They have a 'couldn't care less' attitude once they have your card number.
Any faults are passed onto the manufacturer and MTS take no resposibility. Shocking way to run a business!

After another email telling me it’s my fault and I need to contact Villeroy & Boch I bought new dampers from another supplier. Fitted in 10 minutes, problem solved. Won’t touch these losers ever again - Trading Standards next…awful.

Ordered parts for my Mum on the 28th May. Was sent a confirmation straight away and like others was billed immediately.
After a week we contacted them asking if they had a tracking number. No tracking number was given but we were assured it would arrive in the next few days or they would order a replacement.
It did not arrive and after talking to a representative a second one was "apparently" ordered on 15th June. This did not show up either. We called again and were told it was in the post and it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. No sign of the parts by 21st June. So we asked for a refund.
Each time we called we spoke to a different person and there was no consistency. On the same call one person said it was in the post and would arrive the next day. Another said they would post it tomorrow??? We were left with the impression that nothing was actually ever shipped!
This was a very frustrating experience. Reading other reviews many people have had similar experiences.
Strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I placed an order for an Italian toilet seat cover I could not find anywhere else in April. They charged me for it right away. After not getting any shipment confirmation I followed up and got a confirmation with no tracking. 20 days later still no part. When I chased again was told the part hadn't been received from the manufacturer. I told them to give me a firm date or cancel and refund. That they did instantly! The only positive experience with this whole thing was the speed of refund. Will not be using this site again.

"Good service, and a keen price"
Good service. Needed to replace a discontinued toilet seat, and they were one of only two places I could find that still had it in stock - and the only ones that had it in stock at anything approaching a reasonable price.
Item arrived a day later than anticipated (which is why I've docked a star), but still within the necessary timeframe.
Adele in Customer Services was very courteous and responsive in my phone dealings with her.
Recommended.
