"Utter clowns"

Utter clowns. As another person has stated, purchased a cistern fill valve, was sent a different valve, and when I questioned them was told it’s a common mistake customers make thinking the item looks like the picture !?!

Absolute cowboys, they don’t care, send condescending replies and essentially a bunch of thieves. Please avoid.

"Awful company to deal with"

Awful company to deal with. I placed an order ON THE PHONE, speaking to a company director, clarified the item I wanted and he gave me a price of £132.99. I firstly asked should I order online or by phone, he offered to take the order by phone, I asked him TWICE to confirm my card was being debited with £132.99 to which he agreed. When I checked my account, the debit was for £168!! When I called to query this, they told me it would show on the website when I added it to the basket that there was an additional amount for VAT and delivery. Fail to see the relevance when I was ordering by phone!! They didn’t honour the price quoted and I asked for a refund. Totally lost confidence and didn’t want to deal with them after that…

"Don't place your orders here"

Don't place your orders here, unless you have low expectations of the order being honored. I placed an order with MTS end of April, and despite being in contact with them by phone, everything is completely unresponsive. I have blacklisted MTS for any future orders from us.
1 star given, because ZERO is not an option.

"Not the item listed on website"

Purchased a cistern fill valve from these clowns and they sent an alternative (different type) to the one listed on the website. I was hoping to use parts from the new one to avoid removing the cistern completely so the alternative was of no use to me. Spent a week exchanging e-mails with them asking for various pictures of what they had sent me and pictures of the unit they sent together with the old unit. (what that had to do with anything I don't know)
Eventually agreed that I could return the valve but they only provided a partial refund even though they had sent something other than what I had ordered.
Reviewing other feedback this seems to be their normal mode of operation.
The Consumer Rights Act (Sale of goods act) means nothing to this company.

"Horrific"

Horrific. Ordered a toilet seat and they delivered the wrong seat after a huge delay. They kept saying it would be delivered 'tomorrow' but that was always incorrect - even the courier hadn't received it when they were saying this. They then arranged a collection of the wrong seat and the courier didn't show. They are now refusing to rearrange a collection as they say the courier did arrive but nobody was in. When I asked if they believed the courier over us they effectively said yes. Rude, poor communication, the wrong product.........I'd advise never to trust this organisation.

"Dreadful"

Very poor performance and customer service. I laced 2 small orders and quickly received two order confirmations and shipment notifications (both types of communications very unprofessional in format).
After non-delivery of either items I e-mailed "Customer Service" ... received waffle response and eventually received one item. After a further email to "Richard" received more waffle .... and still no item received. I gave up in the end and wrote the whole thing off as a scam. Advice to others - do not try to do business with this outfit !!

"My parcel never arrived."

My parcel never arrived.
Lost by the delivery company apparently.
No replacement offered. No claim via MTS against the delivery company.
Resulted in a Refund via PayPal fortunately.
Very strange how many similar negative reviews there are. However I can’t put the blame solely on MTS but more their choice of logistic companies.

I instead got my spare part delivered the next day via Toilet Spares limited (scarily similar name) who I would highly recommend.

"The website is clearly giving erroneous…"

The website is clearly giving erroneous information on stock-levels. I ordered a part which they alleged to have in-stock and received an order confirmation; this was not followed soon after by a shipment notification so I called the number to check on things. I was told by David that the item was not in-stock but was expected in their warehouse by mid-May! Had I not checked I would still be waiting..and they would not be informaing me of any delays. Having spoken to another on the sales-line it is clear that they are a VERY small operation which is struggling to operate... my advice would be to AVOID if possible or double-check by calling and checking the stock-levels before ordering. The refund time is 7-14days which they are blaming on 'personnel' issues....I was told that Richard (the owner) was away on holiday and so can only conclude that he doesn't consider staffing-levels an important matter.

Did order a discontinued toilet seat, Arrived as promised Quick, Contacted customer service and the girl was very polite and helpful and professional over the phone. Definitely will order again. Nothing wrong in my case.

"Dishonest company / richard"

Approached for advise as only please I could find selling the Oli part but was wary after all the bad comments left.
The don’t give advise on the phone and are told to email with pictures of what you need.

I did this and I was advised straight off by Richard ( admin support or owner ) an incorrect item as he tried to upset me in replacing the whole unit and not just the plastic button I required. When I found the item on the website I ask if it would be suitable which after very long delays and single word reply I was told yes…. Awful customer service and help which I pointed out which was probably my down fall.

I purchased the item as being told it was suitable and I needed it when arrived only to find out the item was incorrect and didn’t match what I had asked for from my original pictures. I could see this straight away so didn’t open or attempt to fit the item. I emailed the pics and a message about how unhappy I was about the poor advise and wanted the whole refund plus my returning postage to be cover. I then reported this over the phone to there apparent customer service only to say they would get Richard to call me to discuss. This should be a customer service issue but I never got a call back and several days later an email to say he had advised me to buy another item but as I pointed out he had also said the purchased item was suitable! Which he just replied return it then.

I did and added it to be recorded as at this point I do not trust the company / Richard. After I email a few days later saying I had retuned the unused an unopened item to which I have photos he stated that it had scratches and the item was open! He’s completely lied about this as Is going down the route that the item was returned damaged in order now not to refund me. So has the item and my money…

I will be tracking the appropriate actions to get my money back but would advise staying away from them. I brought the item in good faith and was mislead in purchasing an unsuitable item and then lied to as he doesn’t wish to refund me ad the item would have been purchased in for me I would assume!!

Please say clear and find another supplier like others advise… I wish I had taken there advise to
