I had issues with my ladies toilets and a drainage company came to see and couldn’t notice where the main leakage was from. I was then highly recommended by a trust worthy plumber who recommended London Drainage Facilities. This was a serious emergency as I needed to open my restaurant by Wednesday evening, so they manage to send over their engineers the same evening within 2.5hrs of my first call to London Drainage. The engineers that came Aaron and Liam came and saw the issues and problems that I faced and knew through their experience, knowledge and professionalism where the problems of the blockage was coming from. The job that they have done to fix the ladies toilets exceeding my expectations and I am very thankful for their work, professionalism and communication with me throughout the time that they were here. I would like to end and say a big massive thank you to Aaron and Liam because now I am able to open and trade at my restaurant on Wednesday without closing and losing out on my business.

Josh was outstanding went the extra mile to unblock and clean my shower / sink he was very polite and nice he was quick and effective we had a good talk and he explained to me what he was doing in every step I was really impressed when he started to clean the shower I knew I had to give him a review he made sure that there was nothing else he could help with (toilet other sinks) I’m very very impressed with this service thank you Josh 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
