Aaron has been an absolute legend and life saver. There had been a terrible issue with the drainage system for the block of flats that I live in. It appeared as though there was a huge blockage building up in the drains outside and they were overflowing pouring waste and excrement onto the grass verges around the entrance to the flats. The smell was absolutely horrific. After discovering this was a wider drain issue an out of hours number was contacted. I cannot thank Aaron enough for his services this evening. Aaron responded to the situation so fast and efficiently, baring in mind this is out of hours on a Friday night! The job he has done is brilliant, he put in an absolute hard shift of work this evening to try and resolve the issue to the best of his ability, doing this on his own, in the dark with limited resources. He even went out of his way to go and find a local water point to refill his tank so he could carry on working after using all of his resources. I honestly think if someone else had been sent to do the job, the work wouldn’t have been as valuable. Utterly fantastic job. He stayed in regular contact with us throughout the evening and made an effort to ring us with updates and followed up with further recommendations for an environmental clean. What a plumber! Thank you so much Aaron 😊

Aaron is one of a dying breed. A professional, a grafter, proud of his work and absolutely does not give up. Seriously what a top bloke.

He arrived late on a Friday evening to overflown clogged drains - mapped out the entire drainage system off the cuff himself, tried every means and method possible to make sure the job was done properly and completely.

He’s now clearing up the area thats been absolutely covered in overflown sewage.

Honestly. Absolutely smashed it and lucked out on having this legend turn up to sort this mess out.

Had Harry Campbell over today to help with a tiresome drain problem. He provided an excellent service. Not only did he have a great knowledge of drains, he was also a lovely bloke with a kind and thoughtful attitude. That certainly goes a long way when you're panicking about your patio flooding! Was pleasantly surprised and will certainly use LDF again if I need to.

Scott N was the name of the plumber and it was lovely because I didn’t have to wait all day for him to come out to us. He was competent and offered a bit of advice about how to keep my bathroom pipes. He was very polite and well mannered and would definitely recommend him.
