"I cannot praise this company enough"

I cannot praise this company enough. From the lady who initially called me (sorry I can’t remember your name) she was polite and kind. She’s probably asked the same questions over and over and yet she responded to me with kindness and reassurance. Which when you are already stressed just helps. An example is when she asked about parking and I was concerned they wouldn’t be anywhere for her to park her response was – don’t worry we will sort it.
I’ve had this company come to my flat to fix my drains a few times now and the last two visits I had Ricky, Jimmy and Liam. They were so informative and helpful. They listen to my hypothesis and were not rude or patronising when explaining what was happening.

They dealt with the problem gave me advice and were really quick With fixing the problem. Although I am a single mother in a one bedroom flat, they didn’t make myself or my son feel uncomfortable while they were here as they just got on with their job.

I wish companies could operate in this way. Thank you again.

Young man was knowledgeable and done a great job.

"Karl Smith Woodbridge High School"

Karl Smith was in attendance at Woodbridge High School. The engineer did a most thorough job on our drains. Despite being constantly harassed by phone calls from someone back at base, who clearly knew little of the work being undertaken, Karl remained steadfast in his approach and would not leave until matters were rectified satisfactorily. He most definitely was prepared to go the extra mile to resolve the situation. On completion of what turned out to be a more difficult task than first imagined, Karl
also recommended further camera exploration which we were only too happy to undertake. He possesses a first class attitude and professional manner.

Harry (Campbell) was a great engineer getting straight to the problem. He worked fast & diligently to get the blockage cleared. He explained everything & kept us informed along the way.

Jimmy did an absolutely stellar job. I’d been suffering for the last week with constant flooding and overflow from my kitchen sink and he came in, got straight to it and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Jimmy for man of the year!

Harry Identified the issue quickly but unfortunatley Didnt have the parts.

He did however stay to help to a temporary fix because of the disabled resident not being able to get to the second toilet quickly.
Happy with the service provided since we was expecting to be without the downstairs toilet all weekend.
