"Attended to a blocked drain the same…"

Attended to a blocked drain the same day as I contacted them. The engineer Adam was extremely helpful and inspected and dealt with the problem immediately. He explained the issue and inspected near by drains and cleaned those out as well. On completion he cleaned the patio and driveway where his equipment had been to ensure everything was spotless. Highly recommend and would use again without hesitation.

They want payment immediately and then won’t refund you for 7 - 10 days. Don’t inform you about out of hours charges over the phone and say they have done so basically called me a liar. Not sure I’d use them again. Not a pleasant experience having used them before and don’t think I’ll use them again. Staff pretty short and talk over you. Basically they don’t give a s**t, they just want your money. To take 7 - 10 days is taking the Michael. Their response is that they’re not a bank when I asked for interest. Quite frankly I’m not a bank either but paid them immediately. Come on, you can do better than this.

i had a drain problems for years, so it have to keep clean ,but the problem is the cleaning must take place from the 5floors , down to the ground floor where i lived, but that dont get done, so i have to let ,them get London drainage to come and clear my flat, so a young man named Shawn G carried out drainage works today at my property for over 2hrs, he was calm, listen to me, i am disabled ,, he did a very hard job, but him let it look like is a easy job, he is very clean, by tidying up the job area, i am so pleased, Good job done ..
