"Had two lovely engineers John &Jack…"

Had two lovely engineers John &Jack attend my property this morning who provided excellent service and were very professional and polite they resolved the drainage issue which was bothering me for a while and came out less than 24hrs from when I had called them. They managed to also unplugged my sink and I no longer have a blocked drain! And they were fast at there job and cleaned up after themselves , I definitely would recommend them especially these two engineers extremely happy with them :)

Explained everything that they were doing, clearly and concisely.
They worked diligently and with pace.
They ensured the safety of anyone around by putting up fencing around the open drain covers.
They tidied up the area before they left.

I called my housing and within two hours london drainage was out sorting out my blocked drainage system. Jimmy that attended for the issue was such an amazing man great customer service, very bubbly person. He was so helpful as i had a toddler, he was so tidy while carrying out his job. Amazing guy.
