Brilliant service from the phonecall to state someone would come out and unblock my drain to it being cleared. The guy I think was called Henry Buchanan was very professional, polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

I can't thank Harry and Taylor enough for their outstanding work in fixing a major plumbing issue at my home. I was dealing with a severe blockage that was caused by some very poorly done piping from a previous plumbing. It was a frustrating situation, as I was unable to use dishwasher, washing machine and my kitchen sink but from the moment Harry and Taylor arrived, I knew I was in good hands.

They were both incredibly professional, thoroughly explaining the problem and the best way to fix it. They didn’t just rush through the job—they took the time to assess the situation carefully, ensuring they understood the full scope of the issue. Their expertise was immediately evident as they worked quickly but meticulously, addressing the faulty pipes and clearing the blockage without causing any additional damage.

Not only did they fix the problem, but they also made sure everything was working properly afterward, testing the it would drain and double-checking for any potential future issues. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was truly impressive.

Harry and Taylor were also friendly and approachable, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They left the space clean and tidy, which I really appreciated.

Very professional well manner very hard working man. Very clean and tidy he clean everything before leaving my property.
Before he had visited there were three different persons who can to unblocked my toilet but left the problem undiagnosed he found out the problem and unblocked my toilet

Matt got us out of a fix today and we’re really impressed by his problem solving and customer service skills.

Here’s the background: we suspected that the soil vent pipe attached to our bathroom and en-suite had become blocked, probably by a loose anti cross flow valve. The work was beyond the capability of our local plumber so we called in LDF.

Matt arrived bang-on time and was able to quickly identify the problem using his on-board camera equipment. Negotiating four 90 degree soil pipe bends he found and removed the blockage leaving our house clean and tidy.

His skilled work avoided us having to remove and replace a large section of tiled boxwork. Couldn’t praise him more.

Called them out on a late Sunday night 10.50pm. Was told it a 4 hour call out. 12.25am a pleasant man called Scott N came in and soon sorted my issue out.
Was well pleased I didn't have to wait too long . And very relieved I have my toilet back.
