Rhys arrived on Tuesday his apprentice Evan was with him from Wednesday to Friday. The work was of the highest standard and things were checked with me. Morgan the electrician fitted the inverter on Tuesday and then came back Friday. Jake and his mate came on Thursday and fitted and connected the solar panels. I have nothing but praise for everyone all cleared perfectly and no mess. I particularly want to mention Rhys and Evan they went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend

"My experience of Smart Energy Homes "

The experience of, and the work carried out by Smart Energy Homes was very good and to a high standard and was completed smoothly, efficiently and in a surprisingly short time considering how much work needed to be done.
From the beginning, and throughout the work, the communication was very clear and smooth. And I was always able to talk to the right person if I had any questions etc.
There were several trades involved with the instalation, they all arrived at their arranged times!!
Eplained what they were doing, and the sequence of their work, etc.
With all of the drilling through walls and lifting floor boards etc, they moved and covered any furniture with care replaced the carpets and cleaned up afterwards very nicely.
Also the different trades involved worked nicely together helping each other out and several of them were put up in local air b&b's, to shorten their travel times and I had a sense that they were well looked after by the company which really helped them and the job.
When it was all installed and working, Ricky explained how to work the new system and a little later Mike came over and labelled everything and gave more useful advice ..
Only a day or so after the solar panels were installed (the last bit of the job) all of the packaging and the waist stuff from the house was collected, leaving the site nice and tidy..
I would definitely recommend Smart Energy Homes and I am very happy with their work and the overall experience.

"I highly recommend this firm"

I have just had loft and wall insulation, new radiators and pipe work, solar panels and air source heating fitted by Smart Energy Homes. All the various trade persons were very friendly and efficient. As a different trade discipline was required it appeared as if by magic, the organisation was superb. As rubbish was placed outside my property it was collected the next day. In some ways it is unfair to single out people for praise but I must mention Hannah, who was my point of contact within the company. Hannah went above and beyond holding my hand throughout process and getting answers for my many queries. I also would like to mention Mike, the head honcho heating expert who was always at the end of the phone to offer expert advice with regard to the running of the system. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this firm if you require any of the services that they offer.
