Service today has been lousy. Problems with the two-factor login - mainly time outs and the inability to reach anyone by phone are the most irritating. Also, your Chat function sucks,

"Rebel used to be a great company"

Rebel used to be a great company, but overtime it went downhill. Their customer dashboard is glitchy, their domain pricing is nearly double of what other charge. Absolutely not worth it. We are in the process of moving everything from them to another registrar.

I purchased and paid for one of their products. it did not meet my need so i requested and received a return authorization. i returned the product within their specified return period. this was almost one year ago. i have made a ridiculous amount of requests to hear from them without any response. now they have my money and the product returned....and i can't get any response or communication. i caution anyone who deals with this company.....they have the worst customer service i have ever encountered or heard of.

really annoying customer service. Called the number multiple times, no answer. Waited on message for long time, no answer. Someone came in for a second and left the chat and closed the chat. Very stupid company. DO NOT GO THERE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The owner of the company is real piece of crap, dosen't know how to talk a lady. I called regarding my work and that jerk OMG! I'll sue you guy's in the court..

Abysmal customer service. Blocked my hosting account when I tried to order some new domain names.
Impossible to contact anyone. If this company does not respond they are history. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Once they've got your money you'll ever hear from them again. You can reach technical support but it's just an answering service. They can't do anything and there is no other number to call.

There should be a law against businesses like this.
