"Rebel.com email and web hosting sucks. Terrible customer support"
Terrible customer support. After having to change my credit card details (due to a re-issued card) my email stopped functioning. Rebel.com support did fix this for me but then deleted my perfectly functional website. Once I noticed this, and reported it, they took a week for them to restore my website, and then (you guessed it) my email stopped functioning again. Now two weeks further into requests for them to fix this and support is non existant. My business has suffered from this, and its not worth the stress. I am transferring my domain asap.

"They fraudulently keep your information even after you delete the account!"
After years of transferring out my domains, I get billed for some email services that I NEVER signed up for. It's been happening for 3 months now.
Last time, with customer support, I made sure that my account is closed and that I don't even have a login anymore: Nabila (Rebel.com) Jan 10, 2023 "We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We have removed the remaining outstanding on your account and closed your account."
Wrong. Today I got another email: Rebel.com Customer Service Feb 11, 2023 "We've tried to bill you for your order but the payment failed. Please verify your credit information."
Not only that, but I can reset my password even though I cannot login. Avoid them as it's terribly hard to get out!

"Price increase today of over 300%"
I've been with Rebel over 20 years and have always been very happy with the service and pricing, but today they sprung a change on me that'll increase my monthly bill by over 300%. Worse is that the change will take place in only 7 days, leaving little time to find a new provider. There are heaps of other hosting providers offering similar prices to what I'm currently paying, so why would I stay with Rebel and pay 4 times as much?

Excellent service. I called today to get help setting up 2 step authentication. Asked for a call back and Rebel called me back in about a minute. Solved the problem in less than 5 minutes.

Amazing customer service and cost is very reasonable! Was having some issues with one of my sites and the staff where very helpful in resolving the issue.

"Stay Clear of this company"
This company took my electricity as aronious transfer ,didn't know much about them but was transferred by Bill buddy ,I received an e mail from them telling me they would be taking my DD ,this was 1st and only e mail I had ever had from them ,no pack or anything ,contacted them telling them I was not moving to them ,I also contacted my own supplier telling them I wasn't moving ,by the time they got to it my electricity had gone ,my own supplier got them to release so they could get my supply back ,I took meter readings and paid my own supplier what I owed from July till September now Rebel Energy are sending e mails saying I owe them over £500 pound ,don't go anywhere near this company ,I also contacted ombudsman who they are not registered under so stay well clear .

Rebel always seems to have what I'd like, and the staff have always been friendly and happy to assist.
I was helped today, especially by a young man named Zach, who works at the Coomera Westfield Rebel Sport in Queensland.
I was looking at the many choices of braces and support for my knee. Zach helped me establish which one would be beneficial for my situation.
I was able to try them on, and he offered some great advice.

"Horrible customer service"
I am an IT professional for over 15 years. I wanted to give this company the benefit of a doubt but their customer service is sub par. Specially their phone support agent Solon. During the call he kept making absurd suggestions to try to rectify my issue. It's almost as if he was new and just trying anything to see if it sticks. Solon could use a course in Customer service. I had to end the call. Their chat support was a whole lot better. Glad I didn't have to speak to them again.
