Rebel use to be good but as they get bigger, they care less about their customers.
If you are moving domains around, you have to make sure you contact them after you transfer the domain (if the time is short) like within 7 days.
They will not inform you that the domain expires and on top of that, they have a problem with their systems and sometimes it doesn't go through automatically. Best to just contact their support and make sure it goes through that day, because they will leave you out in cold.
Used to be a good company but they don't care about their customers anymore. I would be very careful when you use this company and honestly I would just suggest you use any other company.

shockingly bad service, they never answer their chats. they have locked my account and i cant get into it to add an ssl certificate to my account. as soon as I get in am going to transfer everything from them. Don't use them.

Keep away from Rebel.com Mid plan I needed to update my settings, but they wanted my credit card information to do this (Mid Plan) just to update my settings!!! I wrote to their Customer Service about this and was ignored. Now they want an additional $100 to renew my domain
"There is an additional recovery fee of USD $100 for each .ART domain."

Rebel offers great value and exceptional service. There will come a day when you need someone to jump in and fix something and don't have time to sift through endless videos with the hope that you might quickly find what you are looking for (and that it will actually work). Went from $40 to $130 by charging crazy prices for domain privacy which was (apparently) free only the 1st year, yet it's free with every other provider that exists.

You may see some lower ranking reviews here, but as a customer of Rebel for 10 years, I can say I have been here while this company has expanded and recently undergone some technical upgrades which were laborious. Everything is working well here. The customer service is great and tech support has been exceedingly patient and informative, even after- hours! I will take this opportunity to thank Rebel and I'm here to purchase another domain today! Talk to you soon...and yes, I will be asking for help! But I did watch the tutorial!

I don't know how anyone with half a brain could give these guys anything but 5 stars they have not only helped me with issues that I caused in the past and could have simply said we don't cover that or charged me instead they stepped up took the time to help me get what I broke fixed and also have taken good care of my site since I let them handle it. I would say they have the BEST customer service, the BEST prices, the BEST communication and this is what is most important in my books. Getting a response when your site has issues quickly having someone working with you trouble shooting and having it back up and running and quickly as possible! I would give them 5/5 from 2017 to Present FYI 1 Time maybe of down time in those years and not even positive it wasn't my ISP. These guys/gals have always gone over and above for me IMO!
