"Terrible customer service"
After buying a changing bag (costing over £100) and using it a handful of times the strap broke, deeming it unusable. So far I've been trying for 3 months to get customer services to either refund or repair it as per the life time guarantee. The EU team claimed to have passed my issue to the US team but no-one responds from either, despite numerous emails and messages from me, including pictures of the problem.

"Canceled my order before xmas"
Had shipping confirmation from two different sites from their Walmart site and a text message from them, yet was told two days before Christmas the bag is out of stock and to go look for a used one on eBay where they have jacked the prices up exponentially on these tokidoki bags. They were not concerned about trying to help me with a solution. The idea that instead of trying to find a similar bag in the warehouse and get me a similar price that they would send me to eBay or a Facebook group is so unprofessional it's unreal. If my wife didn't love these bags I would not ever deal with this company again, still might not once she finds out she's not getting this tokidoki bag I showed her the confirmation for.

I placed an order and have not received my order. I requested my order to be cancelled. There is no indication that it has been sent--except a mysterious shipping number with a fraud China shipping company 4PX Innovations.

I was sold a defective bag through an authorized JuJuBe retailer but because it was the elastic on the water bottle holder I didn't notice it right away. They would not take accountability for the product even though the defect happened when in their care or in the care of their retailer.
So now I have a defective $130 purse that does me no good. 😭

"Items never shipped/scam"
Update: JuJube said that my $175 order was not paid to be insured because I didn’t choose that at checkout. My order never left California due to a illegible barcode their warehouse Eleets 3PL put on it. Jujube says it’s in their contract I am out the money. Prior to this I received a shipping number but no product. No one would get back to me since I brought it to their attention more than 10 days ago. I contacted FedEx but can’t get through the automated system to a person because I don’t have a corporate account. My next step is to contact my credit card company and report fraud. DO NOT BUY anything from this untrustworthy scam company

I would not trust this company to honor any promises. They ran a special in which you get a "mystery" bag if you ordered $150 worth of stuff. I decided this was worth it and bought my wife $150 worth of stuff for that reason only. I got confirmation and receipt with the bonus bag on it, but they never sent it.
Six weeks later I emailed and a snarky rep named Sabrina said essentially "Oh, we are out of that print now, so you are SOL." It's a mystery bag. You can send anything you want! They never refunded my money nor send me any bag. They refunded the $5 shipping only and lied to the credit card company saying that was a full refund. Crooks!
The customer service department only honor specials when they feel like it and they won't give you an ounce of consideration if you are not OK giving them money and getting nothing in return. Very disrespectful and dishonest. They are the worst!

"Indifferent about customer experience"
Indifferent about customer experience. I purchased a bag and then a day later it went on sale. I contacted them about adjusting my order since it hadn't even been shipped yet and they told me they don't do price matching - even for their own website!! This is crazy and so disappointing considering the high cost of these bags. If this wasn't a gift I would have returned my purchase. They have a really cavalier attitude of take it or leave it.

"False advertising"
I ordered a galaxy print bag and they sent me a navy blue bag with about 1% galaxy print, on the bottom. I contacted them and they said they don't exchange for "print placement". Never again. Horrible experience.

I have attempted to purchase an item. i There is no indication that it has been sent--except a mysterious shipping number--with no information on how to use that number or what carrier. This was accompanied by their "Oh I'm so sorry we're busier than we thought and don't know if/when things are shipping" letter. Attempts at reaching customer service have been met with silence/.
