your staff no nothing of your products. tried to change plan to one listed on YOUR website, only to be told that doesn't exist. also, why to I have to chase you for a better deal. you change my plan pricing and have the audacity to tell me I am on the best plan, only to see better on your website. what scammers!

Most hopeless company. Had all my connections with AGL but had a very bitter experience when AGL wrote to me to send my file to recovery company for $15 and AGL owes me around same amount for last one year and not bothered to pay back. Please don't sign up with this hopeless company. Will NEVER in my life recommend AGL.

"Dodgy company - avoid"

I was with AGL for a number of years, but I had many problems. 1) My area wholesaler offers electricity prices without any peak pricing during Autumn and Spring. Before signing up with AGL I asked them if I would need to pay for peak usage during these times, and they said NO. Spring rolls around, and there are peak charges on my bill. I called AGL, and they said that they do not offer time-of-year pricing.
2) I had a number of bill discrepancies, all in AGL's favor, of course, that I had to keep calling up to have rectified.
3) AGL's current price is around 20% higher than what I am paying now with Energy Locals.

This COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS AND CANT UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKKNG THERE. THEY DONT LISTEN, THEY SEND YOU OVER DUE BILLS WHEN ITS NOT EVEN OVERDUE THE LIST GOES ON,I DONT RECOMMEND THEM.
