"Poor customer service"

We requested an nbn box for connection at our new property. We had to follow up several times on the chat about the status of the nbn box. It wasn’t until I called up, AGL informed me that the box had not been ordered and that they would order it. We have now been a week and a half without internet due to AGL not ordering the nbn box. Poor communication with customer service. Very disappointed.

"Choose another electrical company. Avoid agl."

Worst customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED. Speaking down to me like I was an idiot, didnt connect the original plan I wanted, gaslit me, then put some absolute a-hole on the phone who was the rudest human I have ever encountered. They dont care about their customers, they just think you're stupid and treat you like it, even when you catch them out lying.

The App is very useful and very clear . It gives you clear plan and easy track.

The help line is boring and takes you no where. You stay on the phone for ages waiting for the help. The company might improve the way of communication and makes it open and fast.

"Slow NBN activation"

It has been over two weeks. Took forever to get internet connection which still isn’t resolved.

Was originally told previous owners did not cancel their plan and confirmed ownership which then was informed would take 24-48 hours for confirmation to come through however it’s now been over 48 hours and haven’t heard anything.

"The WORST customer service possible!"

The WORST customer service possible. I tried opening an account with them, but due to the incompetence of this company I requested MULTIPLE TIMES my order be canceled after only a day of attempting to connect my home internet with them. I realized they were going to be hard to deal with when they ignored this, have now sent me a bill for absolutely nothing (as I’m now connected with Telstra), they ended up sending out a modem anyway after transferring me over and over and over after I had requested to cancel the order. I have never used the modem, and never will - they don’t give an option to return the modem, especially seeing as it is their mistake it has been sent in the first place… I CANNOT get through on the phones - which is where they state we have to go to cancel or disconnect anything… I was transferred on the chat box over 15 times and still waiting to get through on the phones. DO NOT CHOOSE AGL!!!

"I’m not sure whether my energy…"

I’m not sure whether my energy connection is successful or not because I have got a text message from energex that they can’t make it to my location but I’m still connected to electricity. I can’t track my gas connection and my nbn modem delivery. It’s like no update on my energy/gas/nbn yet
