my only issue is that the app keep loging out. would be nice if it would stay active for the full day. Sometimes connections are slow and it takes a few minutes if customers are in a hurry.

I would give 5 stars, but I just find it takes a little longer than I would like to receive the payments in my bank account.... Not sure if anything can be done about that, but that is my only complaint! Super easy and convenient!

Payment showed Approved on device, but when I went into back end, I was missing $52.50. Was not able to get into contact with the customer, so I was out that money! Switched to the new Square Tap. Way better!

Very easy to set up & use .The only thing I wish it has is a discount option to offer customers witch I do sometime but I can't show it in the receipt. Over all is very good for small business.

So far no issues with it at all. Initially, I couldn't figure out why it was not working but once I realised that I needed to connect it via Bluetooth first through settings, then open the DreamPayments app, things auto-detected and it has worked fine ever since.

After 2 faulty devices sent to me, you’d think I would be frustrated. But the company was so great to deal with concerning these issues that I couldn’t be. There is never a wait time when I call, and the representatives were quick to help, and apologetic. We now have a dream machine for each of our businesses and we love them.
