You know what I love most? No wait time when I call if I have an issue. I’ve called twice and they answered right away and fixed my problem ASAP.
We have gone through many machines...and let me tell you, dream is the one to get.

"I love most of the service"

I love most of the service. The unit functions great. I wish the dashboard you log into on computer was better. I find it rather limiting. You can't manage your sales catalogue on a computer. It can be tedious to individually edit items and input them one by one on a tablet. I also with the reporting was a bit more customizable. Overall the service is great but the experience on the dashboard when it's not mobile could use a LOT of improvement.

Je ne suis pas capable de séparer Dream Payment et Quickbooks et de l'utiliser de façon autonome. C'est mon seul point de friction. Pour le reste tout vas bien.

I am very nervous using the Dream Payment machine. I am so unsure of myself and I don’t find it user friendly. I’m afraid that if I tell someone I have the service and then I can’t get it to work. It’s easier to say no I don’t take visa etc. I need more practice for sure

"Good, but could use a couple tweaks."

Overall, a sturdy system. However, I do find the battery lifespan to be very short, which requires frequent charging which can lead to some reliability issues.
Deposits are in my account within 2 days or less. I do wish that when dream deposited into my account they would show the expenses removed separately from the deposit. This would make accounting a little easier.
