"Would like the app and deposits more like square"

I like that this machine is nice and sleek and accepts all payment methods. However, I dislike very much that it doesn’t send me sales reports, I have to log in with password every time I go to use it and the battery dies on standby because there is no way to just shut it off without having to reboot and reconnect everything. Would also like if they could be consistent on sending payments as sometimes even on weekdays the payments take a few business days to hit my account. I only bought this so I could process pin transactions for my business

2 weekends in a row I had the dream machine stop working altogether for hours at a time. It cost me sales. I also had several times when I went to run through a sale and it would tell me I had to update first so I had to wait until it updated before I could process any sales. There should NEVER be updates during the sales day where it holds up processing sales. I also had to keep logging in if an hour passed without any sales. This system needs alot of improvement
