I find dreampayments an excellent form of receiving payments. I have a bookkeeping/income tax business and find this is an awesome way to take payment. It is affordable and convenient.

causes a lot of problems

Service was okay, but the product is not very useful compared to alternatives. The app is not very intuitive and there is no analysis functionality.

One thing I would like to comment on. The total of the day still has to be counted on a calculator and should be directly visible on the machine.

I absolutely love dream payments. It's simple to use, perfect price and makes life as a small business person great. There are a couple of areas that could be improved which is why only 4 stars. The app takes a while to log into and connect. There should be a remember me option so that I am not wasting time logging in. There are occasionally glitches but always fixed if you close the app and reopen. The other area for improvement is how long it takes to get the money. I am with TD, so a TD based system should be able to put money in my account within 24h in my opinion. All those things are very minor though. I highly recommend dream payments

Device works well for the most part, some connectivity issues and once had the whole machine down for an entire day and was unable to take payments - made us look very unprofessional.

"CRAP"

The system constantly is glitchihg. It barely works when your needing it. Customer service continually passes you on to the next staff member or promises on calling back and never calls back.
IF and when the system does work you have to be super careful to make sure your customer doesn't remover their card too soon. Both the device and your phone needs to say approved. This makes the customer frustrated if they don't match. As they think your trying to rip them off another transaction. found this out the hard way after losing a couple hundred dollars in sales.
