"We had our new oak and glass staircase…"

We had our new oak and glass staircase just before Christmas. From making the first phone call, to the surveyor then to the workmanship. What can I say other than very professional from start to finish, lots of ideas and the attention to detail was amazing. Very clean and tidy at the end of each day too. The workmen even made time to chat to my little boy about football. Overall excellent experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone.

"Disappointed"

Had our stairs done today and was disappointed with the attitude of the workmen and the finished job. We had agreed with the surveyor that we were getting an oak base. The workmen gave me various excuses why we couldn’t have the oak base and would have to keep the current white wood ones. The quote from the workman well that is a lot more work for me!! I had to speak to the Director who had done the survey who said there was no reason why we couldn’t have the oak base. When I told the workman I had just spoke to the Director who said we could have oak base. He had a face like thunder five minutes later called as there was another issue. This time are you sure you want oak as if I remove the current base the carpet won’t fit. Do you want to keep the current base.
We were also told that on the survey they had missed an issue with the newel post. The Director admitted that was his error and they would make a new post.
When job was completed a hole in the wall was left the workmen said to my wife they wouldn’t deal with it and it was our responsibility to put it right. The hole was from the base being removed at no time was this highlighted by the salesman or on the subsequent survey. I emailed the company highlighting the issues the reply was it is highlighted in the terms and conditions that the customer may have to decorate afterwards. I feel we have been misled through the process. Our house is a new house we have had a number of jobs completed over the last year this is the first time we have had any issues.

"First class service from Craig and his…"

First class service from Craig and his team. Had the ground and first floor stairs and landing completed in August 2020 and just extended into the loft with a new flight of stairs. All finished in oak and embedded glass. Looks fantastic. Craig visited several times to discuss and agree with the builders pre-installation and everything has gone perfectly to plan working around other trades to schedule initial installation of the stairs with temporary handrails and then the full finish today.

"No idea about the quality of work/…"

No idea about the quality of work/ materials from this company as nobody ever gets back to you to arrange a visit . Been trying for nearly two weeks and all we've had are unfilled promises . Not good prospects for any job being done .
