"Truffaldini"

Mi è stato addebitato un importo di circa 600 € per un microscopico graffio sulle barre del tetto, esistente ancor prima che noleggiassi l'auto (documentato). Personale che neanche ti accompagna a ritirare l'auto per il controllo immediato. Se poi devi lasciare l'auto prima dell'apertura o dopo la chiusura del banco noleggio, il gioco è fatto. S'inventano danni inesistenti e ti ritrovi l'addebito per un danno non causato. Pessima società. Mai più con loro

"truffatori: fuggite ! "

truffatori: una squadra molto amichevole nel prendere il veicolo e girare di notte con l'auto senza fari, riusciamo a notare comunque una decina di graffi. Sorpresi il giorno del rientro hanno scoperto un graffio sotto il paraurti e ci hanno chiesto delle foto: invisibile da fermo e di notte, e si sono rifiutati di mostrarci il precedente contratto per verificare la storia del graffio. Disonesto e di malafede, fuggite!

- INTERNI AUTO SPORCHI, IMPOLVERATI E SEDILI CON EVIDENTI E GRANDI MACCHIE DI UNTO
- AL MOMENTO DEL CHECK-OUT UN'ADDETTA AL CONTROLLO AUTO, CON IMMEDIATEZZA, OSSIA COME SE GIA' CONOSCESSE I DANNI NON SEGNALATI SUL CONTRATTO, MI HA CONTESTO ALCUNE AMMACCATURE SUL LATO DESTRO, CHE PERO' INGENUAMENTE HO SUBITO DIMOSTRATO FOSSERO GIA' PRESENTI AL MOMENTO DEL RITIRO MOSTRANDOLE IL VIDEO, GIRATO AL MOMENTO DEL CHECK-IN, DALLO SCHERMO DELLO SMART-PHONE.

- MI HANNO ADDEBITASTO 301 EURO DI DANNO PER LA SCHEGGIATURA, CHE IL GIORNO DOPO (20/02/2025) HANNO DECURTATO DALLA CARTA DI CREDITO
- RIVEDENDO IL VIDEO DA COMPUTER A GRANDE SCHERMO E IN ALTA RISOLUZIONE E RICERCANDO IL PUNTO IN CUI ERA PRESENTE LA SCHEGGIATURA CONTESTA, CON L'AIUTO DI UNA FOTO CON OGGETTO DI RIFERIMENTO DI GRANDI DIMENZIONI, E' EMERSO CHE LA SCHEGGIATURA ERA GIA' PRESENTE PRIMA DEL RITIRO DELL'AUTO. DA SMART-PHONE, PER QUANTO ERA PICCOLA E IMPERCETTIBILE LA SCHEGGIATURA NON EMERGEVA.
IN TANTI ANNI DI VIAGGI E NOLEGGIO AUTO... MAI SUCCESSA UNA COSA DEL GENERE.

"Prezzi ingannevoli… pensi di pagare…"

Prezzi ingannevoli… pensi di pagare poco ma poi ti ritrovi a pagare 4 volte di piu. Mi hanno caricato 46 euro per due litri di benzina in meno. La sede all aeroporto di Napoli è un buco sotterraneo lontano dall hub autonoleggio, devi quindi andarci a piedi. La macchina vecchia e sporca. Evitate!!!

Mi hanno appena addebitato 950 euro per due graffi inesistenti e catena che io non ho mai visto ne toccato chiedo come denunciarli se ce un ufficio preposto per questo

EVITAR está empresa de alquiler. Nos cobraron 1161 euros por unos daños "muy" difíciles de apreciar y que no estaban presentes al depositar el vehículo. Aportan unas pruebas más que dudosas . Sensación de indefensión total y de estafa flagrante...lo pondremos en conocimiento de las autoridades

"Unprofessional attitude - VISA charged without notification "

My rental was between 09/08 and 17/08 2024 (Rental agreement RFN-6572).
I delivered the car and an employee checked the car for damages etc. He found nothing and my rental ended without surprises. The security deposit was released accordingly. An office's lady, was helpful enough, so my initial review was positive.
On 13/02/2025 SIX months after the rental, I noticed that Green Motion charged my visa 100 euros, without notification or reasoning.
It is completely unprofessional, unacceptable and illegal altogether, to charge ones VISA card without reason and prior notification.
It is illegal, despite the term no. 10 mentioned on the rental notice. The term no. 10 is completely abusive in the way the company finally charging customers' VISA. Legally are obliged to inform and justify to the customer any impending charges will take place i.e. penalty for car's excess speed etc. Therefore, before charging are obliged to justify you with the appropriate paperwork that you were in fault.
I emailed them, awaiting their explanation ASAP. If the explanation is crap, I will dispute the charge and I will denounce their charging method to VISA.
I will revert back, with the results.

Overall,

Do not hire car in Italy.
I was highly meticulus in speed limits. I spent 8 days of my life in Italy. Driving almost 3000 km. Be careful few kilometres before the tolls, where the speeds every 200 meters going down.
Take care with the bloody ZTL areas. Nobody told me something about this traps. Not even Green Motion office. Of course I was very cautious and didn't do their favor to get in a zone. But I am sure that thousands visitors have paid billions in fines.
Final recommendation. Do not even go to this country if possible.

"Non prenoterò mai più con loro! I'll never reserve again with them! "

Mi sono fatto ingannare dal prezzo molto basso che ho trovato su internet. Purtroppo ho dovuto constatare che l'insistenza dell'operatrice di Roma Fiumicino a farmi siglare la polizza (piuttosto alta) non fosse un buon segno. Già avevo capito che dovevo temere per il peggio. Ad ogni modo ho concluso un'assicurazione con altra compagnia (a condizioni decisamente migliori per farmi rimborsare eventuali addebiti). Non sono stato coinvolto in sinistri di alcun genere e per poco più di 2 gg. di noleggio mi hanno addebitato quasi 500 euro! Segnalo che vivo all'estero e che ho preso a noleggio una miriade di macchine, sia in Italia che all'estero. Non ho mai avuto un problema, salvo questa volta. Non mi rivedranno mai più!
