Alquile un coche yo y otro mi amigo el día 23 de octubre del 2024 en Nápoles y aún no me han devuelto las fianzas de ambos dos coches. Estoy intentando comunicarme con ellos y no hay manera. Por favor díganme un telf de contacto .

"Une agence de location malhonnête à éviter."

Voiture louée via Easyjet Car Rental avec option rachat de franchise. Même si, ni les locaux ni les loueurs n'inspirent confiance, la location s'est passée normalement et la voiture a été rendue dans l'état - reconnu par le loueur - dans lequel elle avait été confiée. Remboursement de caution annoncée sour 48H. Pourtant 25€ prélevés, abusivement, au passage. Conclusion: Ce sont bien des escrocs qu'il faut impérativement éviter d'autant plus qu'ils vous expliquent que vous devez leur acheter un rachat de franchise malgré celui effectué via Easyjet Car Rental; belle reconnaissance vis à vis de ces derniers dont ils salissent l'image de marque.

"Liars! DO NOT USE!"

Rented from this company in Rome. The car was not at collection point close to train station. Had to wait 1 hour for someone to pick us up from there and take us to the airport to pick up the car.

When dropped off the car they said everything was ok but then they kept 50 EURO from the deposit. When asked why they say I got a fine and will receive the information on the email. I contacted them a few times and they always say to wait for the email. it has been a few weeks now and as you expect... never got an email from them.

I do not recommend using this company! Avoid!

Wir haben leider die gleiche Erfahrung wie “Frank” am 20. September 2024 erleben müssen/dürfen. Im Voucher stand, dass die Autovermietung ganztägig geöffnet sei, wodurch wir keine Bedenken hatten, dass irgendwas nicht klappen könnte. Ich hatte bisher nie Probleme mit einer Autovermietung und bin momentan eher wütend gestimmt, weil die Angaben, welche dem Voucher zu entnehmen sind, nicht stimmen und wir erhebliche zusätzliche Kosten tragen mussten. Zudem war es sehr stressig, da wir als Familie mit einer 4-jährigen Tochter reisen. Ich bin gespannt, wie die Sache ausgeht, da wir die Gegebenheiten juristisch angehen wollen, wenn sich seitens der Vermietung oder ‘Buchungsplattform’ kein Entgegenkommen entwickelt. Daher: lieber Frank, besteht die Möglichkeit uns mitzuteilen, wie es in deinem Fall ausging?

"AVOID THIS COMPANY - THIEVES!"

I rented a car from for 4 days and made sure that I selected the maximum possible cover that the website allowed me to, as I wanted to simply have "no worries" whilst driving in Italy. I collected the car, and I had booked 2 child seats for 2 children of 4 years old. The person who attended us tried to give us booster seats instead of child seats, this is illegal under EU Law for children of that age and weight to use anything else than booster seats. After getting the booster seats replaced for baby seats, I am then informed that I can pay an extra amount for "wheel and tyre cover" despite having contracted the maximum possible cover online. If there is anything not included in the policy that can be included, why is there not the option to contract it online? why do I have to find out at the reception desk that there is an extra amount I have to pay if I want further cover? gave me the feeling of a complete rip-off straight away, but of course, I paid it because I did not want any issues or charged anything else as they require you to leave a 200€ deposit by credit card.
I returned the car on the designated day but we got delayed and returned the car 2 hours later than established when I booked. I wrote a WhatsApp to inform the office before the designated time, just to make sure they were aware, and it was through no fault of our own that we were delayed.
I returned the car exactly 2 hours after the time we stated on the reservation. They don't tell you anything upon handing back the keys, but literally 15 minutes after leaving the office, they sent me an invoice for 80€(!!!) for those two hours (the booking for 4 days cost a total of 171€, so almost 50% of that value for 2 hours is an absolute abuse). I called the office immediately and was informed I had been charged an extra day for delivering it 2 hours late?!
I made a claim because if I paid 171€ for 4 days, that means one day is 42,75€. It is not possible that I am charged twice that amount for 2 hours!
We took good care of the car, nothing happened to it, I paid the full insurance plus the extra tyre charge, I filled it up completely with gas before delivering it back, I think it is unreasonable to receive a charge of 80€ for two hours. I accept a small extra charge, but 2 extra days rental is abusive. I then get a reply from their claims department stating that because it is handed back late, it creates management challenges for their fleet. Please note also that upon collection, I was not given the car that I had contracted, they gave me another model, so why am I suddenly reponsible for the management of their fleet when I did not even get the car I had booked? Either way, I wrote back to them that I accept a small extra charge for their inconvenience, but 50% of the total booking for 2 extra hours is excessive. They simply replied to me that they charge it at the "walk in rate", so basically, they can charge you whatever they want if you are more than 59 minutes late giving the car back. As they hold a deposit on hand, they just take the money from you, without explaining anything to you upon returning the key, just sending you an invoice 15 minutes after you have left and they have already charged you the money. Very unprofessional, very disappointing service and down right abussive policies. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, THEY MAY LOOK CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION BUT THEY MAKE IT BACK FROM YOU IN ANY WAY THEY CAN, through hidden charges and ambigous terms and conditions that then allow them to take money from your credit card without any authorization at all.

Esperienza nel noleggio macchine peggiore della mia vita, totalmente incapaci di darmi una macchina da noleggio ed incapaci di risolvere qualsiasi tipo di avversità.

"Do not use."

I used them at Malpensa.

They are a total scam organisation. I returned the car in perfect condition but they are claiming damage.

They also messed up on handling the car back.

Just do not use.

They are fraudulent.



Please ignore the rubbish response form this company. They make it sound legitimate. It was no prang but a lot of spurious scratches all over the car, impossible from me as was in a secure compound in someone’s house nearly the whole week
