Wir wurden ganz kriminell betrogen! Im letzten Sommer sind wir mit unseren Kindern nach Rom geflogen. Der Mietwagenverleih holte uns nach mehr als einer Stunde Wartezeit vom Flughafen ab, von wo wir dann zum Autoparkplatz gebracht wurden. Der Vertrag wurde ordnungsgemäß vor Ort geschlossen und wir bekamen zwar nicht das ursprünglich gebuchte Auto und auch kein funktionsfähiges Navigationsgerät, wie zuvor online gebucht, aber wir haben das Fahrzeug gebraucht und somit gab es wenig Verhandlungsspielraum für uns! Wir haben den Wagen vor der Abfahrt fotografiert und ringsum gefilmt und dies per WhatsApp auch an Green Motion geteilt. So weit, so gut. Am Abreisetag und das wurde mit keiner Silbe zuvor erwähnt, war der Laden geschlossen. Auf dem Platz gab es einen weiteren Händler, der uns netterweise half und versuchte den Kontakt zu Green Motion herzustellen, was jedoch nicht gelang. Über WhatsApp auch keine Reaktion! Wir waren also gezwungen den Wagen ohne ordentliche Übernahme abzustellen. Den Schlüssel hinterlegten wir im Briefkasten und machten erneut ein Video zur Dokumentation der Schadensfreiheit des Autos. Der benachbarte Händler fuhr uns netterweise zum Flughafen, zum Glück nur 10 Minuten entfernt… Zu Hause wurde uns dann einige Zeit später von Green Motion eine Schadensmeldung zuteil. Ein riesiger Kratzer, bzw. Schramme sollten wir verursacht haben und eine Felge soll beschädigt gewesen sein. Unser Video zeigt etwas anderes, wurde aber von Green Motion als Beweisstück nicht anerkannt! Da Green Motion aber auch keine polizeiliche Meldung gemacht hat, konnten wir auch nicht die zuvor geschlossene Versicherung beanspruchen. Green Motion hat dann einfach rund 700,-€ von unserer Kreditkarte abgebucht und ist auf unsere Beschwerde hierzu nicht eingegangen. Ich habe lange versucht das Geld wieder zu bekommen und schließlich aufgegeben. Heute! Nach über 6 Monaten stelle ich fest, dass Green Motion erneut unbefugt versucht hat, Geld von meinem Kreditkartenkonto abzubuchen!!! Ich bin wirklich unfassbar entrüstet über diese kriminelle Handlungsweise. Ich möchte das erklärt haben und rate allen ganz eindringlich: Finger weg von Green Motion! Das ist nicht zuverlässig und denen ist völlig egal was mit einem nach so einem Betrug passiert!

Des escrocs en effet nous avons louer via Ryanair du 1er février au 4 février 2025. Il nous ont prélevés 841€ de frais de dommages inexistant. Des voleurs , nous allons portrer plainte pour escroquerie. nous avons des photos et une video de tout comme preuve .

Pessima esperienza con Greenmotion – Attenzione alle truffe sui danni!

Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei. Ho noleggiato un’auto presso Greenmotion Milano Malpensa e, al momento della riconsegna, il personale ( una ragazza dell est indisponente sin dal noleggio) non ha fatto di effettuare il check-out congiutno perché diceva che la macchina doveva esssere lavata per fare la valutazione ( la macchina non era per niente sporca aveva solo piovuto mentre mi recavo nel riconsegnarla ) la fregatura che mi ha fatto firmare il modulo checkout in fiducia.Successivamente mi sono stati addebitati danni inesistenti:
• Un segno sul parabrezza e un danno al cerchione, entrambi già presenti al ritiro (ho le foto per dimostrarlo).
• Un graffio sotto carena, lungo qualche centimetro, che non ho causato ( ma non avevo un video o foto del sottocarena).

La cosa peggiore? Ho chiesto video o foto precedenti al danno per verificare quanto contestato, ma non mi è stata data nessuna risposta. Su un totale di 1000€ di danni riscontrati, sono riuscito a confutare quelli sul parabrezza e sul cerchione, mentre mi sono stati ingiustamente addebitati 600€ per il danno sotto carena – una cifra che sembra essere stata calcolata apposta per truffare il cliente. In tutti i miei anni di noleggio, mai mi era capitato di dover affrontare una situazione così ingiusta.

State alla larga da Greenmotion, soprattutto dalla sede di Milano Malpensa. Se dovete noleggiare, documentate ogni minimo dettaglio dell’auto: potrebbe salvarvi da addebiti ingiustificati.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THOSE WHO ARE CONSIDERING RENTING DUE TO THE REASONABLE PRICE SHOULD DEFINITELY GIVE UP. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR TO THE SELLER I WAS 90% SURE THAT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE CAR, BUT SOMEHOW WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE THERE WAS A SCRATCH ON THE DOOR THAT WAS DEFINITELY NOT AN ACCIDENT. THIS SCRATCH WAS DEFINITELY MADE BY HAND. IT IS A SINGLE SCRATCH DRAWN WITH A PENCIL, SMOOTH. THEY ASKED ME 800 EUROS FOR THIS SCRATCH AND CONFISCATED MY DEPOSIT. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR OFFICE IN ROME TO ANYONE.

Attention ARNAQUE !! De véritables escros. Sous prétexte que la carte était une carte Visa de débit ils vous disent que cela peut s'arranger en payant près de 300 euros. Ma carte est pourtant une carte de crédit !! Résultats location de 60 euros payé sur internet pour rien puisque impossible de louer le véhicule.
Je le répète FUIEZ . Greenmotion à Rome sont de véritables voleurs et escros !!!!!

They got us paid on damage that i didnt pictured and they used this situation to put it on us.
Absolutely invisible small plastic damage which i just didnt pictured in zoom in as they did!

I know they are literally lying and just using situation , cause they asked me if i made pictures at pick up, and requested to send.
But I didnt zoomed this place and they got that .

Im 1000% sure that this is damage that we got car with, cause I’ve rented car to get from place A to B and back , the car was parked at the private parking all the time , and wasnt in use.
I have even pictured car after 15 minutes at McDonalds parking, where you can see that “damage” but they didnt accepted as this photo is not from their parking.

Do not use this company! They make you get additional car Insurance that you don’t need, even when you have full personal coverage on your own insurance! This firm will steal your money for damage you did not cause to vehicles. They charge extortionate fees for the damage and will not answer emails and phone calls. When confronting them in person they become very aggressive and abusive. Pay that little extra for a reputable and more professional company. This outfit and every single individual that works for them
are scam artists. How they've not been shut down I'll never know!!



This kind of charge is a scam and outright abuse. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this company! I will make it a point to share this review on every platform possible to prevent others from falling for the same trap.

"Do 1 perché non si può dare 0"

Avevo prenotato tramite booking un noleggio auto.. Arrivo lì, porgo a Lei( ragazza dell office) un documento e la mia carta per pagare. Si rifiuta di darmi la macchina poiché non accettano le carte di debito ma SOLO carte di credito Mastercard e Visa. Ok, è colpa mia poiché credevo fosse un carta di Credito la Revolut.. ma non è ciò che mi ha spiazzato,ma la freddezza di mandarmi via senza venire a un punto d incontro insieme o aiutarmi in un qualche modo nonostante sapevano che mi serviva la macchina per diverse operazioni e anche per arrivare a casa mia (Como). Non ha esitato nemmeno un secondo a venirmi incontro nonostante avessi proposto piu opzioni! Mi hanno lasciato LETTERALMENTE a PIEDI! Sono pur sempre un cliente e un cliente non deve essere trattato in questo modo! vergogna!
