"Great process and a good price "

The overall process from start to finish was absolutely amazing; however, the team of installers had re aligned one of our window base ledges which they ended up cocking the entire gap. I guess that was just easier for them to do rather than reinstalling the entire window again. Also, I had to ask a few times for the frames on a couple windows to be locked along the frames edges. Also, one the team was ready to go, I mentioned a few areas needed cleaning on the outside. Over all though the overall process was smooth and the windows are amazing.
