Excellent salesmen, very personable. Install was easy. Price was not fair. Should have done more research. There is a difference between premium and over charging.

I had a project with Power Home Remodeling after being approved for financing, turns out they approved my tenant, they didn’t sign anything and are so upset about it they moved out. I was not approved but they are still trying to make me pay $30,000 upfront or pay a $4,000 cancellation fee. BEWARE!!!

The way I was talked to over the phone, putting the financing under my tenants name, telling us it was signed when she never approved or signed anything, telling me I forged her signature, when it was all signed electronically and was approved for a $100,000 without her or my knowledge, and then telling me there’s a $4000 cancellation fee seems to be a great reason to never do business with your company. I was told financing was approved under my name because I own the house.

I hope this communication problem or whatever shenanigans are happening here don’t keep happening to other people!!! Thanks!!!

Everything went great from beginning to end. We were even contacted to have the windows put in earlier than expected. My new windows are wonderful. All of the staff were so nice and respectful.

Job done in one day. Workers professional. Quality materials and good warranty. My only concern was that there was some sales push to have you sign up for the job immediately for a better price. Didn't follow my gut instinct to get more than one estimate for any work I would normally have done. Hopefully I didn't make a mistake and overpay for a job.
