Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were so neat, they put down tarps and plastic all throughout the house, then swept the floors as they were getting ready to leave. Everyone was so polite and answered any question we had. I am thrilled with the windows. They are beautiful inside and outside! We got the white windows and had them clad in black! It gives an awesome look to the house!

The windows and installation are excellent.

On e exception was the price was set for a loan we got to pay off the windows thru a credit agency. We added two window which I paid for with cc.

When payment was taken the price deducted from the account that had loan transferred to was higher than discussed. The reduced amount was taken from the credit card. If the money that was taken from the loan account was 1 penny more, there would have been major credit issues. The office said they were told to take the payment differently than what was discussed and there was no resolution.
