I had a great overall experience working with the Power Home Remodeling staff on my widow (31) and door (2) replacement project. Their staff worked professionally, courteously and efficiently. The project was completed in less than eight hours to my surprise especially because it was less than 20 degrees outside that day. Their staff removed all debris and left my property in excellent shape. I would definitely hire Power Home Remodeling for my next project. I would also recommend them to my relative and friends. GREAT JOB!
Areas for improvement:
1. Remind customer of date and time of installation appointment at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
2. One of my existing window shutters was not able to be reused on the new window configuration in my master bedroom bathroom, as I was told they would be by the salesperson. I likely would have not replaced that widow had I known the shutters could not be reused. I had to purchase new blinds for this window and install them myself.
3. Work with customer to reinstall window and door security transmitters on the new window and doors. Any material required for this service could be purchased by the customer and made available during installation.

experienced installer Tom was very professional and paid attention to every little detail of the install. He even took the blinds down and reinstalled the brackets because I had recently broken my ankle and couldn't get up on a ladder.

I just had my front windows installed. The windows seem to be of great quality and the installers were wonderful. The whole experience has been great. They followed up on everything to make sure that I was happy and informed. I have only two criticisms. I felt the sales rep was very assertive and I did not like having to provide financial institution information over an open line.

"Full house window replacement in 2 days (POWER)"

The communication and app to track the project steps is very good. The team from initiation, sales, installation and clean-up was professional and thorough. Areas for improvement would be: 1. to ensure the work indicated can be completed (for example we were told a stool would be replaced in the process, the stool was larger and of a different design than the company could/would replace and this item was removed from the work order during installation - reduced my project by $80 but left me with the problem). 2. Many of the old windows were broken as removed, I would have appreciated a little more concern about how the broken class was handled - at one point a broken panel was leaned against the back of one of our sofas which could have fallen and caused damage to the sofa. 3. we were told at the initial sales point that once we do a project with Power that we would then be locked in at best rates for all future projects, yet we got the same suggestion of sales for gutters that we had to act now to get the best price. (I may have misunderstood on this one as it was a lot of information - but did not appreciate the same tactic of best deal to buy now for additional work while in the middle of the current project). Even with these items, I would highly recommend the product and company for window replacement.
