It was a very seamless experience from making the appointment to the install. Only issue is after installation my windows were dirty...Alex came later to make sure all was well and go thru things with us. He cleaned windows and they looked worse after he left. Might have been because it was so cold, but still a bummer not to have really clean brand new windows.
