"Out of 4 new windows a smear was inside…"

Out of 4 new windows a smear was inside one of the windows that would not come out. They had to come back to replace a screen that had a tear in it. On another window a scratch was on the windowpane itself. Power did say they would replace the windows with the scratch and the smear inside the other window. After a cold spell I notice that air does come inside from the corner where the locking handles are. I thought they was sealed where no air comes inside. Seem like the issues are with the window manufacture they use.

Power was very professional from the very beginning. The salesman (Joey) was very informative and made sure we knew the quality of windows we were getting. He did not push us into a sale and made sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. When it came to instillation day it was painless. The installation crew was professional. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. When they left it was like they were never here. After the install, Power had a manager come out and inspect the job to make sure we were happy. Needless to say we will be recommending Power to anyone who needs their windows replaced.

The workers were very pleasant to deal with. They did a beautiful job of installing the windows and doors, keeping the house clean and doing a thorough cleanup inside and outside. I was impressed with how well they removed the old windows and doors and prepared the frame and concrete bottom to ensure that the new ones would be well installed, and air leaks will not happen.

The installers were wonderful. They put down runners to protect my floor and even my sidewalk. Everything was cleaned up perfectly after the installation and the door is perfect. The three men were perfect professionals and pleasant to have.

All the work was done on time and seems to be well done. Various people from the main office came every day to check on the work. After each job was done everything was cleaned up. To much time was spent on selling the company and the products.
