Tiere Miles was super helpful and did such a great job with handling my issue (which was quickly dealt with hassle free). I've had other warranties in the past but with just a quick phone call, Tiere's customer service was fab. A great asset to the company.

"Shocking "

Bought a car in July from them had the car for 2 months when the engine blew up. Warranty then told me they couldn’t cover it so took it to a garage to have a quote a £5000. When I mentioned all my rights as a consumer V12 decided to get involved. They offered a refund which I accepted handed the car back and was expecting a refund. All this happened in September. Communication with the after sales team is shocking seems as though there is kids working there still yet to mature. At one point it took going to dealership and approaching the dealership manager dean I think who did as he said he would. After sales told me they had to do an investigation before the refund could be accepted and then told me they wanted £3000 for the miles I had done. It got around November time and I still hadn’t heard anything but all emails were being ignored and could never get through on the phone. It eventually got to December when they told me the car had been fixed and would be ready to collect in a couple days. Now the garage who quoted for a new engine proved the fault was there at the time of purchasing the car and had 2 opinions that replacing the engine would be the only suitable option. When aftersales were asked for a report on the work carried out I never received and was just told it was suitable. Eventually they told me they replaced the head gasket and belt. The engine doesn’t run the same anymore idles higher is a lot louder and just doesn’t drive the same. All I can say is the sales teams are friendly we’ve bought 2 cars from them and was all sound both times but the aftersales are pathetic and the warranty is as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

"Absolutely amazing"

Absolutely amazing! From the second I walked through the door I felt incredibly looked after. I bought a 987 boxster and couldn’t fault my experience at all. The salesman (who I can’t remember his name) was such a lovely and professional guy and I hope he sees this review. Will definitely use v12 again for my next car!

Service was excellent from start to finish !
We have just purchased a Range Rover evoque from Jamie at V12 , nothing was to much trouble,we never felt rushed, and he went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect ! Even the final handover with mia everything was explained very well . 100% would recommend.

"Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. "

Without question, the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
My Velar developed a fault within 10 mins of leaving the forecourt. When I called the dealer to report this, the actual salesman told me to use my warranty. It was in a garage the next day, for a week.
I went on holiday for 3 weeks and upon starting the car, more issues.
Straight back to the garage, again, no help from the dealer.
I have to pay for tests to be done on the car before they would repair them.
Move forward 6 weeks there was a knock from the engine, which got worse.
I went into the dealer who told me it to get it checked out, but that I should carry on using it until the problem was diagnosed.
Their own recommended garage refused to carry on working on it, as they could not diagnose the fault.
I was offered a replacement car, which I considered.
I even looked at a more expensive car, which when it turned up had fault lights on it within 99 seconds of driving it.
I was more upset to find out that the dealer had already runs credit check on me buying the new car, without me even seeing it.
Eventually they agreed to take th car back, but refused to cancel the finance until I have paid a bill for mileage of almost 3k.
They have refused to cover any of my out of pocket expenses.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This is a mini version of events. Nothing but a thousand lies in between all this.

"Stealing financial information for purpose"

I messaged them about my intention to buy a Vito EJ21 GVU, they called me back in few minutes, I told them I want to buy it and then they started to take my information for financing, after taking everything and they said its approved, then they tell me the vehicle is SOLD?!!! its obviously I was scammed for giving away my financial information for some uncertain purpose, this company is not doing proper business, avoid them. I will report it to Auto Trader as they are misleading me with the "Highly Rates Customer Award" icon on AutoTrader website. AutoTrader should have investigate this and give me a report of what's going on, why they allow a scammer to do business in their platform and even giving them "Award"

Update: 10 mintues later, I've got an text message from them(test from Emily Taylor, the same person took my informations) to sell the same vehicle to me, and 30 minutes ago I am writing a review complaining they took my information for a sold vehicle, is this a scam?

I will report to police for suspect crime.
