Jonathan was great to work with in planning our Machu Picchu, Ecuadorian Rainforest, and Galapagos trip that we will take next year. He was very responsive and willing to make suggestions or any changes I wanted. We are looking forward to the trip and expect all to go smoothly. I talked with multiple travel agencies and they had the best price and ability to get exactly what we wanted to do planned out.

all comunication has been by e-mail. Answers came quickly. Also, I resieved lots of useful information and suggestions that helped making up my mind about which itineary to chose. Everything in the this communication was absolutely super.

When I was going to pay the link with how to do this, came a few days later than promissed. But it was easy to follow the instructions. The delay might have been caused because it was a friday night (my time) so I was first able to pay on the following monday. That said, everything went smoothly.

Gaby was easy to work with and adjusted the itinerary to meet out needs. She was very responsive and quick to answer any questions or emails. Everything was organized well and looks amazing.

Fabricio was prompt in connecting with me, and answering multiple questions. He helped me navigate the booking process, and helped me add on a tour after I completed booking for the main trip. He checked in with me every couple of days to make sure I was still ok with the decisions and that I didn't have any questions. I'm sure I'll continue to be in touch with him until we leave.

I am a 30 something year old adventure woman that was travelling with her mother 60 something and her 1 1/2 year old daughter… these people answered to me and catered for my needs to explore. Highly recommended, there staff was genuinely nice and helpful. Locations were stunning and stays were really comfortable. I’m so glad I choose Happy Gringo for my birthday trip!
