She took the time to explain all about weather, health, and marine wildlife concerns. She never tried to rush me off the phone and made me feel that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction. "Great experience with Fabricio"

Great experience with Fabricio so far, very prompt responses and advisory. Hoping that we will have a great trip with no unpleasant surprises.
The only negative thing to mention is high credit card fees, especially with Canadian cards. While I understand it is a norm in Ecuador, but we ended up paying 5% fee (instead of advertised 4% which was already high) just because my no FX card was identified as Canadian. Of course it had nothing to do with Fabricio so I did not deducted any stars
