I was actually very impressed by Happy Gringo! I found the website very well done and decided to contact the company to book some activities during 2 days in Quito. David answered all our questions and advised us relevantly. He was very reactive and always on-spot. The booking and payment process was efficient and easy. Extremely professional. In Quito our guide Andres was very friendly and flexible, we really enjoyed travelling with him. If I ever come back to Ecuador I won't look further and would recommend Happy Gringo with closed eyes!
