"Poor communication"
They took a bit longer than expected to send a letter in the mail regarding my AC loan. They also did not send any emails to sign up to an account to pay back the loan. That was interesting to me considering the current tech era. When on a phone convo with a representative, they were not at all concerned with these issues. Eventually received the letter and received instructions on the phone call to set up a log in online. A bit delayed if you ask me. And if I hadn’t received the letter (if it was accidentally sent to the wrong address in my residence where there are many mobile homes) I would have been accruing interest unaware.

When we called, we were transferred to a representative, Marchanis was her name, right away. She was very polite and helpful in answering our questions. and supplied us with our contract. Directing us to the area we need to read. She answered all of our questions, even though we didn't like all the answers, presenting them professionally, and accurately. It was a very informative, and productive encounter. We were very pleased with the service.

"Wrong address-still"
My husband and I have lived in and owned our home for over 10 years. About a year ago, we started receiving a bill for someone who doesn't live here. I made two phone calls to inform them that this person doesn't reside here, and we have never had A-Z Windows at our home.
Today, they sent someone to my house. They banged on my glass door and taped a note to my door about this person's collection (funnily enough, we also received the same bill we've been getting in the mail today).
I called the company again and asked for a supervisor. The person refused and asked for my name (again) and phone number for a callback. I refused. How hard is it for a company to find the actual address of a person?

"I will NEVER use this company again"
I will NEVER use this company again! Took out a loan for a/c. Was within my budget but then I had health issues and got way behind. Totally my fault. Went to get a home equity loan to consolidate bills, including this one. It was reported to the credit union as a mortgage not a loan. They refused to send a letter preventing me from getting the home equity loan on a house that is completely paid for.

"Don't get involved with this company!"
When windows were purchased through Windows Nation, LLC I was assured of no collateral required as I had great credit & no issues. I find out later this unethical company attached a lein to my house for the loan. If that's not bad enough, they never provided paperwork to make the first payment (until after it would have been due). I had to call, get info such as payment address, account number, etc & get payment out immediately. Then, every month they continue their efforts to make your payment late! You can never wait for the bill to arrive or they will take your property for paying late. Not one bill in all these months has come with more than 7 days for payment to get to them after receiving the bill. Today I received their bill on 4/8 and it is due 4/12!!! Even the statement date (never a date on envelope so who knows how long processing to mail takes. For it to always take 7 to 10 days for me to receive it can't be immediate) & due dates are only 15 days apart at most. So their intentions are clear they dont want you to pay your bill on time. Only unethical, dishonest companies conduct business like this. Seems this practice goes along with all the other complaints about this company. Don't get involved with service finance, go elsewhere or don't make your purchase until you can find an honest company. I do not provide banking info (ACH) to any business or suspected business who has unethical business practices. Imagine what they could do with that info? I schedule with my bank before receiving service finance bill. If i could refinance to get away from them I would. I will pursue dumping them. *Date listed below is only the most current bill received, but it has happened for every billing cycle for nearly 2 years. I also took a photo of bill, but don't see a way to post.

I bought shed on a promotion of 6 months no interest, but Tuff Shed apparently sold the financing to Service Finance Company LLC and from day 1 I am now accruing some type of incredible interest rate, a $206 payment only creditted $113 to principal and $92 to interest.

Horrible customer service, we were having trouble making our payment and asked for help otherwise we can’t make payment and they said there is no help, so I missed 2 payments and they threatened to sue me.
