"Excellent delivery service"

Our new furniture was delivered yesterday by Simon and Scott. They were very helpful in dismantling and moving our old sofas into an outbuilding. The new furniture was unloaded, unpacked and positioned quickly and efficiently with care and respect. Throughout the whole process, Scott and Simon were extremely courteous, friendly and professional.

Simon and Scott delivered my suite, no fuss nothing was too much trouble. They were very polite and respectful and went over and above to help move sone furniture to make room for my new chars. There was something wrong with one of the switches which they immediately tried to solve and did so, but were not happy so emailed for a replacement. I wish all people delivering things were as nice as them. Thank you

Superb experience from start to finish. Sales staff helpful and friendly. Simon and Scott delivered on time and were extremely helpful, especially trying to unpack the sofa being "helped" by Dave the dog!

Service was excellent. We were kept informed of when to expect our delivery, and called 1hr prior to their arrival. Scott and Simon were respectful of our home and assembled the feet on the 2 sofas. Throughout they acted in a timely, friendly and professional manner . All packaging was removed and taken away.
However the beautiful sofas did appear darker than we expected from the pictures we had taken in the showroom.
