I had a slight problem with a sofa seat and footstool.
The supplier was not overly helpful unfortunately but thanks to Claire and Dominic and their excellent customer service skills the problem was rectified
My items were delivered back to me by Simon and Scott with the utmost care.

We found Tina very helpful with her advice on reclining armchairs and advising how to match colours with our existing fabrics would definitely recommend them.
We also bought a mattress and Ben was very helpful moving them from a sprung base onto a divan base which was unsprung like ours at home.
Staff all very helpful giving us plenty of time to browse and consider all the options available without being pushy. The coffee shop well worth exploring.
