Delivery was on time and the thought given to where our purchase should go was much appreciated when I had forgotten all about it 😲.

Simon and Scott called half hour before arrival. Arrived exactly as they said. They were both courteous, friendly and gave great advice on the furniture. They put the required parts together super efficiently without any bother and were super helpful moving the heavy bits to where wanted. Nicest delivery team we've had in a very long time!. Very happy with the furniture and delivery service. Thank you both!

"False advertising"

We were effectively 'conned' into visiting the shop because the sofa we wanted in the leather we wanted was pictured for £1400 in a 'flyer'. When talking to the salesman we were told that that price wasn't for the sofa illustrated but for the same model with cloth upholstery. The sofa in leather was a thousand pounds more. I considered that to be misrepresentation.
