DISGUSTING organisation, avoid at all costs. They are thieves. They have stolen my money, money that should’ve been sent to my bank. They refuse to respond to me about it and straight up refuse to acknowledge their error. I am disgusted with the lack of care these people give. They will talk to you like you’re the idiot if you challenge them and just fob you off to your mortgage broker on the basis of “you just don’t understand this high level language now stop ringing us”
