I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from this company. Despite several attempts to reach out via email, I've received no replies, and I am unable to log into my account. This kind of service is very disappointing and does not inspire any confidence in their reliability.

Due to the silence and my increasing concerns, I even conducted a scam check to ensure that this company is legitimate, which is a troubling step to take with any service provider. As it stands, I have yet to receive any response to my inquiries, which has completely eroded my trust in them. Consequently, I have made the decision to cancel my direct debit and seek an alternative company for my needs.

Interestingly, even my veterinarian, whom I trust, has never heard of this company, which only adds to my doubts. Overall, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
