Clear communication with reminders from Gofastpass was very helpful. What was truly exceptional was the service provided by your driver Lidio. He was always punctual, he handled our large group of 12 with kind courtesy and friendliness. He was very informative regarding Orlando and surrounding attractions. Through Gofastpass are group used him 3 times. His attitude and helpfulness made a big difference to our trip.

We had a great experience with our driver for our airport transfer to Shades of Green. Our flight was delayed, but he stayed in touch and was very responsive to the changes. As soon as we reached baggage claim, all we had to do was send a quick text. He let us know exactly where to go and met us within minutes. He was helpful with our luggage, and the vehicle was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The ride itself was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

"No meet and greets, Bait & Switch Vehicles "

No meet and greets. Not the same vehicles as reserved. We used this service 2 times and both times had different vehicles than shown on registration and neither for the better. Some how a Chevy traverse with cloth seat is considered a Premium SUV by their vendor. We did get where we were going and on time but the overall experience was not what we have had with other Black Car services.

Our first time of using this company and was very impressed with the whole experience, our flight was badly delayed causing us to be in the wrong part of the terminal. However our driver perseverd in locating us. We had a safe journey to our destination and he was helpful assisting us with entry to our accommodation. We will certainly be using this company again.

Filipe Carloto gave us a ride from the airport to hotel and he gave us good info about the airport on our way home. We would have missed our plane had we not changed our tickets like he suggested. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and we're glad he was our ride for another trip back to the airport! Our 2nd ride driver ghosted us and another driver came 10 mins late so we will use Fast Pass again.
