"Unprofessional"

A large haart sign "To Let" was abandoned by the bins just inside the property I'm living in, in Wimbledon. I contacted their lettings email address for them to come and collect it, but was ignored. I had to drag it there myself. If the Wimbledon office cannot show their own neighbours some basic courtesy, I doubt they'll be much kinder to their clients.

We choose Victoria Roberts as our estate agent on a friend's recommendation and it was the best decision we made. Due to a string of bad luck Victoria sold our house for us 3 times in 8 months. She was always available with updates and made a stressful process easy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house.

Send endless spam letters that cannot be stopped. Their desperate reps are the bottom of the agency barrel. Would not touch.

What kind of classh*le do you have to be to spam homeowners with unsolicited mailings suggesting you’ve got a buyer for their home?

Utterly shoddy, underhand, desperate, and immoral actions. Probably should be illegal.

I’m going to see if there’s an estate agent governing body I can report this to.

"Very Poor Letting and Property Management Experience"

I rented a flat in Sutton (SM2 5SL) through Haart Sutton two months ago, and my experience so far has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Upon moving in, I discovered a severe leak in the bathroom, making it completely unusable for bathing—an especially difficult situation in the cold winter.

Despite reporting the issue immediately, only three inspections have been conducted over the past months, and no actual repairs have started. This lack of urgency, empathy and responsibility is unacceptable. It’s frustrating and inconvenient for my family, as we’ve been left to manage without a functioning bathroom for two months, and until now!

I cannot recommend Haart to anyone (especially the tenant) looking for reliable letting or property management services. This experience has caused significant stress and discomfort, and I hope no one else has to face such negligence.

"I chose Haart to manage my property…"

I chose Haart to manage my property because they are a well-known, recognised company, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Their poor management and lack of professionalism have made me regret my decision.

It took them over a month to conduct a basic check on a prospective tenant, only to discover that the individual didn’t have the legal right to rent in the UK. This is something that should have been done at the very start, not after holding the deposit money and wasting a month of my time.

As a landlord, I’ve been left with nothing but frustration, while the tenant and the agency seem to be the only ones benefiting from this situation. Haart shows little regard for landlords, and it’s clear that their processes are poorly managed.

To make matters worse, my property has been with them for over three months, and they’ve failed to secure a tenant. Their excuses are unacceptable, and it’s clear that they have no clue how to handle landlords or manage properties effectively.

I would not recommend Haart to any landlord. My experience with them has been stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs!
